I came here via flickr for a nose really, and I'm so glad that I did! I've been thrown in at the deep end to start up a one-man band consultancy in a health/social care related area. Whilst I am an expert in my field, I am on a sharp learning curve with all things web-based but I do appreciate that getting savvy will play a critical part in the success of my business.
