This weekend I spent some time helping Emily out with an update to the website for her Birmingham based wedding photography business, surprisingly called Emily Quinton Photography.
We spent some time re-branding (a new logo and stationery), rebuilding the site and writing lots of information about what she’s offering - wedding photo books, DVDs, even Facebook profile photos.
I’m glad that we decided to go with Wordpress when we first put together her site to sell her fine art work, because it was a simple task to design some extra pages, make some amendments to the stylesheet and add a few plug-ins.
We’ve also found a great way to sell downloads and prints of her images direct to the client (and their in-laws!) through the site, which means that Emily’s now got a pretty seamless workflow, which certainly helps given that she’s also doing a PhD and looking after a baby!
I’m hoping I’ll still be able to have a summer holiday next year what with Emily doing weddings every week…

What a wonderful website - really easy to use and navigate. Emily is such a talented photographer - the images are beautiful! Really different.
I will certainly email this to my mates…many of whom are expecting at the moment!
Nice design. I find that wordpress really makes updating content easier as well. I use wordpress on my blog too.
