A nice start to the week - we’ve been shortlisted for a Webby award for the First Light Movies website. For me, just getting shortlisted is an accolade in itself, so I’m very pleased!
For those not familiar with the Webbies - they’re the equivalent of the Oscars for the Web. Here’s their one-liner from their About page:
The Webby Awards is the leading international award honoring excellence on the Internet. Established in 1996 during the Web’s infancy, the Webbys are presented by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a 550-member body of leading Web experts, business figures, luminaries, visionaries and creative celebrities.

Working on that site was incredibly good fun and you are right, being shortlisted is an astounding honour, plus with the webbies not that easy.
