Many developers have appeared to make a fast buck & damaged many peoples view of the regeneration effort - you only need to understand the losses that many have taken from the cross section of residential developements. The Plan must urgently deliver a high quality City core, that is head & shoulders above its local alternatives towns & villages ... be action oriented - we are tired of being promised of what could be & being held back by bureaucracy & poor decision making. I feel the thought of buses is silly. We need a decent public transport system, we should have an underground system, however that is highly unlikely outside of London. The train system is at capacity at New Street, the new station will only solve passenger capacity, not train capacity which is at twice capacity it is designed for. Nice video though.
