		<description>Stef, I like the idea of the hellobirmingham tag and giving a hearty welcome to new bloggers.  It would certainly be very encouraging.  I think also though that we, as a newly formed community, should be making more of an effort to comment on each others posts.  Rather than just a 'hello' but rather spark up the debate or add to the conversation.  The conversations need to be constant and regular to create the buzz that we need.  Lets try and rid the lurkiness and add some talk to each others posts. What do you say?</description>
