		<description>I can heartily recommend the Myers-Briggs personality assessment (I'm an ISTJ).  It's very valuable for an individual, as you found, Stef, but even more so if you work in a team and you all do them and share the information.  It makes you realise why people behave in different ways from you, see things differently and so on.  Makes you much more tolerant of your co-workers (well, it did for me, anyway).</description>
