Birmingham City Council is Psychotic

Today I was issued a “Liability Order” by the Birmingham Magistrates’ Court for ‘not paying’ my Council Tax.
Sounds cut and dry, right?
If you don’t pay your tax then don’t start ‘boo hoo’ing about getting fines and such.
